Step 1 - Determine Your Network Availability
Ecast's Network Availability Request (NAR) process is a method for determining the availability of broadband connectivity at a particular location. We encourage operators to fill out an NAR form at no obligation. Either fax the form into us (415-956-8158), or call the information into Ecast Customer Care: 1-866-HI-ECAST.

Step 2 - Place an Order for a Location
Ecast has recently streamlined its order process. Once you have completed the above steps, you can either fax Ecast’s Installation Request form into 415-956-8158, or call the order into Customer Care. Ecast will then e-mail or fax you a note confirming your order.

Step 3 - Select Music
Once your order has been placed, log into www.ecastcentral.com and pick the music for your hard drive. Once you’re done, click the “finished” button, and Ecast will build and ship your hard drive within 5 business days.
Step 4 - Receive and Install Hard Drive
Before installing your hard drive on location, Ecast recommends that you test it in your shop. Just slide it in the drive bay, lock it in place, press the boot up button and you’re ready to go.
Step 5 - Connect Your Jukebox
After your order is placed, Ecast’s Installation Coordinators will relay any and all details regarding the connection installation to you. Once we’ve told you that the connection is up and running, Ecast’s Customer Care team will be standing by to help you get the jukebox connected to the Internet. Call them toll free at 1-866-HI-ECAST.
